Most orders are shipped out within one business day. (Monday - Friday, no Holidays). All packages be delivered by USPS.

Standard Shipping:
- The standard shipping fee is only $2.99 for every item.
For standard shipping method, shipping charge is based on the items you ordered($2.99 per item). For example, if you buy only one product, the basic shipping cost is only $2.99; if you buy 2 products, the shipping fee is $5.98.
- By standard shipping, you will get the items in 5 to 15 business days.
Flat Express Shipping
- The express shipping charges will apply: $22.99 per order, no matter how many items you order.
- By Express shipping, you will get the items in 2 to 5 business days.

Wrong Address Problems
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but shipping fee will then be charged again.

We guarantee all our products with a 60 days no questions asked Return & Exchange Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, You can return the item(s) to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund for any reasons. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. You may return it within 60 days, from the date of purchase, for a full refund excluding the shipping charge. To return item(s), email our custom service center to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Pacific-Parts does not accept returns without prior authorization. The RMA # should be prominently displayed on the returned package. Return freight is at the expense of customer.


Return Guidelines:
Please contact our custom service at service pacific-parts.com within 60 days of date of purchase to request an RMA number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is an identification number issued to a customer who needs to return an item back to pacific-parts.com for an exchange or credit. Please provide your name, email address, order number, product to be returned, reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. Please do not return the product unless you have obtained the RMA number and the specified return address. Any returns without a RMA number will be returned back to you and are subject to no refunds or replacements. RMA numbers are valid for a limited period of time; please make sure the product is returned as early as possible after you obtain the RMA.
All the returns must include the original packaging (Manufacturer box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc) and all the accessories and documentations (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, manuals, warranty cards, etc). After you receive your RMA number, you must return all accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 5 days of the RMA number being issued. All the returns must accompany a valid RMA number that should be written in bold letters on the outer shipping box or the label. The number must not be written on the original manufacturer packaging or box. You receive prompter service on your refund/exchange by calling or emailing us with the tracking number.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments. Pacific-Parts.com will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products.
Refunds
You should expect your refund within 2 days after the return shipment has been received by the specified warehouse. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed it. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. Original payment method refers to the mode of payment selected while placing the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Check, Wire Transfer, etc.)
Please note that your financial institution may take up to 3 additional days from the date we issue the refund to post it to your actual account.


Warranties:
All products sold by Pacific-Parts.com carry their respective manufacturer's factory warranty. All warranty work is handled by the respective manufacturer's authorized service center or by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in writing.
